Spots & Dots

This was a fun little flap fold card to make.  The original challenge was "Spots & Dots' that I was creating for, so I used my Silhouette to cut the dot background on the card base.  Then I used my Cuttlebug to cut the scalloped edge around the stamp.  I coloured her with copics and added some Stickles to glam up her fur.  The word 'Congrats' was written with a gel pen.
