For my Gill-friend Shirley

I die cut a large scalloped octagon, and coloured it blue with Distress Inks.  I also added some water droplets to give it the underwater effect.  The fish are die-cut stickers, and I accessorized with a few tiny paper circles & a heart.  There are also a couple of blue pearl beads on the top left.
